ITS JUNK! DONT EVEN TAKE IT IF THEY PAY YOU FOR IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DO NOT GET THIS EVEN IF THEY PAY YOU TO HAVE IT!!!! had problems with it from the day it has been installed! They basically replaced every part except the body, racks and spray arms! It takes about 4 hours to wash dishes and they still might not be clean. I scrub them the best I can, but if you miss anything, it will still be on there! It doesn't fit a 14 inch fry pan without taking half of the lower rack! I am still having to refill jet dry every other wash, if you dont dishes have to be hand dried even with the Hot dry! Tablets do not dissolve unless you put on the bottom, even then sometimes I find it stuck to the filter!
I also learned that cleaning the filters every 2 months is NOT enough. Smell was soo bad. Trying to get inside the filter to scrub is a joke! It has only been 6 weeks and I had black, green and grey moldy, slime! This is after I prescrub with dawn, load, wash dishes. Run the dishwasher cleaner tablets EVERY month! The filter got so bad! I thought it was the kids didnt rinse dishes while I was out of town, but they were spotless, but not ran through the dishwasher! It was the filters!
I have had dishwashers for all my life! I have cleaned filters in them and there has NEVER been anything to clean but maybe 1 piece of food! NEVER MOLD! Makes me wonder if I'm making us sick by using the appliance! Guess I need to clean it weekly?
I can NOT wait for this to quit so I can get one that I like. NEVER had such a worthless appliance and I'm stuck with it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher has 3 racks, washes dishes very well and gets them clean. The drying cycles just do not dry the dishes, we have tried every option this dishwasher offers and it always ends up with the majority of the load still wet when completing a cycle.

For drying issues, Top Rack should be used for smaller items. Bottom Rack should be used for large items. NOTE: Plastics will not completely dry. If able, when cycle completes, open door for a few seconds to allow steam & moisture to escape and reduce wetness inside. Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots and filming. With it water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplet. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. Also, adjusting the dispensers setting, may help improve drying performance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the dishwasher is quiet, the cycles are long. Also the racks are hard to pull in and off, often losing the track. Finally, it's hard to fit in bowls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this dish washer is very quiet and does a great job cleaning plates, utensils, pots & pans. The various spray and surge for the water may be the answer for this. However it is hard to get used to the controls. It must have the cycle and other features selected and the door open before starting. It will take some getting used to, but we like it.
