I bought this about a month ago. It will probably be a long review.
The only thing I like about this is that there are only 3 pieces so cleaning is super easy.

“Hands free” isn’t really hands free. It has a big remote-like thick part that controls the suction/time.
The motor stopped working. It’s only been 4 weeks since buying it, how could it stop working already??
It’s not quiet and has a loud vibration.
It’s not really subtle it looks like I have large, weird shaped breasts under my shirt.
This last one is a small thing to be annoyed about but I hate that it always automatically starts the suction at 3. It’s too much for me so I always have to set it back to L1.

I have had this for about a month and I love it for the convenience. I had a freestyle for my first with the normal pump and loved it. Now with the hands-free it's just as great!
The only difference is that it takes 15 minutes with handsfree cups to get the same amount I would get in 10 minutes with the normal pump. I don't really mind that though since during those 15 minutes I can still do things.

Supply slashed in half

After 4 pumps, my supply literally cut in half. And I'm an exclusively pumping mom. Not sure how to feed My nicu baby now.

My Favorite Pump

I adore this pump. I wanted a strong wearable hands free pump and this is my favorite. If I only could own one pump I would choose this one. The suction is awesome for me and I can hang out on level 3 and be fully empty in less than 15 minutes. It’s super easy to clean and the pump has a great battery. You can’t bend over while wearing this pump but besides that I have zero complaints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So convenient

I bought this pump as a secondary pump for work/on the go. My main pump for home is the Medela Pump in Style. I love the wearable collection cups and portability of this pump. I can stuff the cups in my regular bra, throw the pump in my pocket, and pump while I work. As an exclusive pumper, I have tried several different pumps and medela is by far the most comfortable, especially with the suction intensity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Pump

This is a really good pump. My daughter is almost 3 weeks and I'm pumping a bit over 10oz per pump now. i use one pump when breastfeeding sometimes, but if the baby sleeps a bit longer, i pump both breasts. i enjoy the was of use and being able to just pour out the milk when I'm done. Be careful when setting up the pump. At first use, i did not snap the breast shield completely into the collection cup. Once you have that downpact, you're good to go. i used Medela for my now 11-year-old, so I wanted to stick with the brand since i had good experience with it in the past. i was really happy with the functionality of the handsfree set. I put it on with my breast feeding bra and can do other things while pumping. Also be careful not to bend over while pumping as the milk can spill from the top
I would recommend this to a friend!

No replacement parts available including the tube

I would not buy this pump until they offer replacement parts. No one sells the tube needed for this pump and it doesn’t look like it will be available anytime soon. I wouldn’t bought this pump if I knew this beforehand. This is an issue since you’re supposed to replace the tube often to keep it clean/sterile

It’s super loud

I wanted to love this. After my second set of MomCozy S12s died, I chose to invest a little more. Insurance covered my previous Medela pump, so I opted for this over the other in-bra options.
Pros: it does the job. As with any hands free, you have to really line up with your nipple spot-on to fully empty. This works more often than not.

-compatible with the silicone flange inserts I used with my S12s

Cons:
-milk somehow splashes out of the top hole when I walk around; because of where the hole is, you can’t store cups horizontally, so when I take them off, I also sometimes get dribbles from the flange area. I rarely come away dry because of one or the other.
-it’s noisy as all get out…Noisier than my other plug-into-the-wall Medela. I used to be able to pump during meetings with the S12s. These are disruptive. The suction unit vibrates a ton, so it’s either awkward in the pocket or rattling the table.
-There’s no easy ‘screen lock’ feature, so I accidentally turn off my pump constantly in my pocket.
