Life changing Pump (no exaggeration)

I received this pump as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and now I want to have more children, it is THAT good! First let’s talk about the size. This pump is slightly bigger than a phone making it ideal to use on the go. As a mother of two, gone are the days of pumping in a quiet room, in a rocker listening to soothing music. Pumping now has become an activity I do while doing others. With my previous pump I was limited to a 3 ft radius and could realistically only put makeup on and pump. This new pump has completely changed that. Because it is so small I was able to fit it in the pocket of my robe and get ready. But here’s the real magic, this pump is USB powered, but also holds a charge. I could literally walk downstairs and make my 5 year old breakfast after getting ready and not once have to stop pumping. I’ve found myself pumping more and not dreading it because of this new found freedom! The USB charger is amazing. It’s light and small. Although I’m not working currently, I remember a time when I commuted to work and got stuck in traffic. I felt like I was going to explode and had to hand express into my breast pad (so glamorous I know). Had I had this pump it would’ve been no problem. If my charge hadn’t held, I could’ve just plugged it right into my car and saved a little of my dignity. One last thing, although I could go on and on, they’ve found every way to make this more compact and efficient. Even the tubing is more efficient. There is one tube regardless if you are pumping one side or both. You simply hook the tube into itself if you want to convert it to single side pumping! So genius! I don’t think I’ve ever loved a baby product so much.

Convenient, but don’t expect to pump in public

I received this pump to try out as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
Over all this is a super convenient pump that allows you the freedom to move around and do a lot of things a regular pump wouldn’t.
What I loved about it:
1. The pump unit was sleek and compact. It fit into a large pocket such as a sweatshirt or a big cardigan pocket when I was pumping. It was so lightweight too. Normally my pump bag is weighed down with a heavy bulky pump. You could even stick it in your purse if you didn’t want a separate bag. When pumping I could do light tasks around the house and in my office at work without being tied to the wall.
2. The touchscreen was so easy to use. I liked how simple it was and it was so easy to wipe off when needed as there were no buttons.
3. The USB charger. Why hasn’t anyone thought of this before??? So convenient! That was another plus to lighten my pump bag.
4. It was very quiet. I was able to take phone calls and even just watch tv without having to crank the volume over the sound of my pump.

Some things I didn’t like:
1. Though the pump unit is small, it isn’t small enough to fit in pants pockets. This required me to have to make sure I wore something that would accommodate it. It has a short cord attached to it, but this is completely useless to attach it to you. I would suggest having some sort of clip that you could attach to a waistband.
2. Prior to receiving the pump I was under the impression that I could discretely pump in front of people. This isn’t the case. The only concealable thing is the pump unit. The flanges and bottles are still like the standard ones that come with other pumps. They are very obvious when you’re wearing them. There’s no way you could go out in public with them on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems so strange to say that I felt like bragging about this pump but it was so easy to use compared to the other pumps I've used in the past. The pump is so small and convenient. I read the instructions before starting to use this pump for the first time but it was incredibly simple to get started. Pretty much as easy as plug and go if you're already familiar with breast pumps in general.
I received my pump right in time for a Vegas trip so I pumped during the road trip out there. I used this pump with a hands free pumping bra and it really allows you to multitask! My friends were amazed that I was pumping and driving. The pump is so small and discreet that they actually had no idea until I had put the milk into cooler bags.
The majority of time when I pump I'm at work and on my laptop so the USB charging function is really helpful. I will welcome any and all extra functions that they've added to this pump. I love new gadgets and really consider this pump to be a high tech device that makes life much easier as a mom of young babies.

Best Pump I've Ever Had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Freestyle Flex is by far the best pump I've ever used! I always thought that pumping was a hassle and dreaded the idea of spending so much time being stuck on the couch while I pumped. But this pump changed everything! The Freestyle Flex lets me do pretty much anything while I pump, I've even pumped while cleaning the house and getting ready for the day! The battery life of the Freestyle Flex truly blew me away!! My previous pump would die after one use and it used disposable batteries, so being able to charge this pump with a common USB charger PLUS the ability to pump for 2 hours before needing to recharge is one of my main reasons that the Freestyle Flex is incredible. I also like that it's small/light enough that I can easily slip it into my purse or diaper bag. The only drawback that I noticed when using this was that the 'membrane' pieces (in the pumping attachment that screws on to the top of the bottle) seem to be touchy and there's been a couple times that I've had to adjust them after I started pumping in order to get good suction. Overall, this pump was very easy to use and I absolutely love that I can just put it on my wrist and go without having to worry about dragging a big, heavy pump with me or being limited to where I can reach an outlet. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this pump!

Game changer for pumping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pump was super easy to use, I was basically able to pull it out of the box and figure it out within a few seconds. The fact that it was so portable and able to charge via USB is so convenient. When I typically pump I’m usually stuck somewhere attached to the little pump in the backpack which isn’t always as easy to carry around compared to this freestyle pump. It’s really a game changer. I am able to just throw this in my diaper bag versus having to carry around a diaper bag and a pump backpack. This is definitely replacing my current pump. Thank you to the Stellar product testing panel for the opportunity to review this pump.

This Pump is a Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had issues with my milk supply for both of my babies and have tried all the pumps from the hospital grade ones to manual hand held pumps. Trust me when I say: this one is the best by far!! First of all, the shape of the breast shields are better than others and create a good suction. Second, the pump is small and portable so I can actually get things done while I pump! Doing dishes, folding laundry, working on my laptop are all possible with this pump because you don’t need to be connected to a power source and it’s so compact. It’s really quiet too, an all around mega improvement on breast pumps!! I’m so grateful to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this pump!

Powerful little pump!

This pump has been such a lifesaver! I work 5 days a week and pump every three hours and has yet to let me down. Super easy to setup, clean and use. I’m so glad I received this pump through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! It was so nice to try and now I get to keep it for my daily routine. It comes with literally everything you could possibly need. I liked the cooler bag, ice pack and bottle/lids. Loved the whole package. Being a first time mom, pumping was foreign to me but this makes it that much easier. I don’t have to worry about doing something wrong it’s all pretty simple. I love the Medela brand everything I’ve ever gotten has been high quality. Even their app helps me track when I last pumped and how much.
