Wow, Impressed...

Purchase in summer as last winter was a back breaker. Finally got to use it with about a 14" dump and then a couple of days of more snow. Quick and easy to use. I got about 35 minutes out of a charge, never ran out of juice so perfect for our needs. Things to consider, no drive but it rolls pretty easy, and if the snow is wet, you may need to clear the blow hole but it's simple enough.

It is december 23rd and i live in the chicago,il area! Where is the snow???? Un able to use it, yet. I do have to see that the box came all torn up on one side. My husband was missing the screws to put the shoot on, so he sent me one in the driveway with a flashlight to find the screws, and i did!!!! I was so lucky!!! Looks nice. I want to see how it works when it snows

Superb Snowblower

Extremely quick to assemble and get running. I have gone through as much as one foot of drifted snow. Not a problem. Even wet snow, although not thrown as far as dry snow, was carried far enough to be out of the way. Some clogging of the chute with really wet snow is possible. This is a problem with my gas powered one as well. My neighbour went on holidays. I did his driveway as well as mine. There was about one third charge left in the dual batteries. Buying a second battery is worthwhile. I don't have to breathe 2-cycle fumes anymore.

AMAZING POWER

Buy the second battery. Yes, it's insanely pricey but you will not regret the investment. Sure beats the cost of paying someone to clear your snow! With 2 batteries I was able to clear our 3 car driveway, city sidewalk, sidewalk to the house and clear the apron.....Quietly at 5am. The batteries recharged quickly too so if you needed more juice you could do a second round within an hour. THANK YOU SNOW JOE!!!! Our snowfall was medium weight snow between 6 - 10 inches (drifts).

Very, very Good with deep snow

I bought this snow blower in February 2020. I'd used ita couple of times with 2-3" of wet snow. The chute clogged on occasion but it did an acceptable job.
Recently we had a substantial snowfall with drier snow. This guy was fantastic! It seems the more snow the better it performs. As I have many of the 100V tools I have an extra 5 Amp hour battery. With both batteries installed, starting from a full charge on both batteries, I was able to do 4 driveways (average 25' W X 40' L) including the snowplow trough at the ends and the 2 batteries still showed 3 bars charge. The 5 Ahr battery in all tools exhibits exceptional long life. I have a 2.5 Ahr battery for hand tools due to weight considerations. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is the clogging with wet snow exhibited and the fact I generally do not give 5 stars for almost anything. I also like the fact replacement parts are readily available. I do wish the scraper bar in the bottom/front was replaceable as it will naturally wear and I fear it could break when hitting concrete cracks or ice. Overall I am very pleased with this product's capabilities.
