[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in LOVE!! Vitamix really hit this out of the ballpark with this smartprep kitchen system. I was so excited when this arrived and began using it the day it arrived and have used it everyday since. I try to eat plant based most days and this system really helps with time in the kitchen when prepping for the week. The power of this Vitamix was amazing and couldn't hold a candle to my previous blender/food processor. There are so many attachments that you never knew you needed till you tried them and then wonder "how did I live without this for so long". I love how compact the attachments are and storage is beyond simple and does not take up that much space in cabinet. The blender itself fits nicely on my counter and still had ample room to not hit the above cabinet. The built in features like the auto shutoff & runtime are so convenient. I really love how I can press one of the button options and simply walk away to do something else in the kitchen, instead of watching over to adjust speeds etc. The blender is much quieter than my older blender and the powers don't even compare. The soup and hummus that I have made from the VItamix are incredible. It blows my mind how smooth they come out with no big chunks or pieces. If you are on the fence about this just BUY IT you won't regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The many attachments that come with the A3500 Vitamix have saved me an immeasurable amount of time in the kitchen. I use it to shred blocks of cheese, and it can also quickly shred chicken. The blender holds about 8 cups, so it is great for making large batches of things, whereas before with my smaller blender I would have to do multiple batches. Overall, it is easy to operate after a quick flip through of the manual, easy to clean by running with warm water and soap, and very useful with all the different attachments.

I mostly love this system as I have relied on the great quality of Vitamix for many years. I’m disappointed in the julienne slicer and the veggie stick slicer as they make the cuts way too small. The julienne slicer makes the veggies just look like shreds and the veggie stick slicer makes the veggies look like large shreds. I thought I could use this slicer to create veggie snacks out of carrots and celery to dip but they’re way to flimsy and thin. Would never try potatoes for oven fries, they’d be too thin I’m sure.

One of the best purchases I've made in a long time! I was looking for a good quality food processor and decided to go with Vitamix. I love this combo of a powerful blender and food processor. I've had it for a month now and I use it every day and sometimes even twice a day. It is so powerful, easy to use and clean. It is an investment for sure, but worth every penny and will last me a lifetime.
