[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all need a Vitamix - A3500 Gourmet SmartPrep Kitchen System in our lives. I've never knew there was such a big difference between my old blender and food processor and this Vitamix - A3500 Gourmet SmartPrep Kitchen System. I'm so impressed by the results using this system. So much faster and better uniform slicing withe the food processor unit. The frozen coffee drink was a snap to make. I would never had thought to chop cabbage in the blender until now! How simple to get it chopped up. Clean up is putting in some water and a drop of diswashing soap, press the wash button on and let the Vitamix - A3500 Gourmet SmartPrep Kitchen System do its thing. Rinse well and ithe containers are done. Make sure to read all inclosed instructions because some parts cannot be immersed in water.
I'm so sure your going to love this Vitamix - A3500 Gourmet SmartPrep Kitchen System as much as I do! I didn't know what I was missing by not owning a Vitamix system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love being efficient and organized. This wonderful awesome kitchen blender and food processer work like a dream. I have a large family and they love to eat. I'm a dip and salad maker of the bunch and these machine has helped me greatly. I can make my dips twice as fast and chopping for my many different salads is done quickly. I am so pleased with the choices of different cuts there are. The blades are nice and sharp so my fruits aren't torn up and messy. I even sliced beef sticks in it and it smooth as ever. My smoothies in the morning are a breeze too. I'm so pleased I' getting my mother one for Mothers Day. Thanks Vitamix for such a wonderful well working system. Love it!!

It includes the high performance blender, along with the 12-cup food processor attachment. I make a lot of smoothies and the blender is so quick and easy to use, as well as easy to clean. I also do a lot of food prep for the week, and the Vitamix food processor attachment is a game changer! It cuts food prep time down to a minimum! The Vitamix brand is outstanding in quality, efficiency, and easy clean up. It also has a very sleek style if you choose to leave it in your countertop. I highly recommend this amazing kitchen prep system! You won’t be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Vitamix - A3500 Gourmet SmartPrep Kitchen System about 2 weeks ago. I am amazed at all the stuff this system can do. I am an avid canner and this kitchen system makes my job much easier, I can get stuff chopped in minutes. There are so many aspects to this system, you can make anything from smoothies to soup, cookie dough. I am very impressd with the Vitamix - A3500 Gourmet SmartPrep Kitchen System its all you need for all your cooking and prep needs. This system is designed to cok anything. Great addition to anyones kitchen. I am looking forward to alot of summer dishes using my Vitamix system.

i got the top of the line Vitamix with all extra attachment . Tons of money and the attachment doesn't work! the base do not recognize it... what a huge disappointment . will return it:((

Vitamix expected performance, poor quality units

We’ve been Vitamix owners and users for over 10 years and we recently replaced our old 750 professional with a new A3500. What a step down…wow. Our old one was solid, made of metal, and sturdy. This new piece of junk (and all of their current models) are made of plastic and cheap. When at low speeds the plastic body rattles and the unit doesn’t feel like what it should for the price point.
We’ve exchanged out unit 3 times now trying to fox the rattle and one of them actually vibrated so much it moved across the counter when processing.
Unfortunately Vitamix is the best game in town and I’m saddened by their new design choices and/or QC.

We are sorry to hear of our disappointment in you new product. It is important to remember that all full-size Vitamix blenders are equipped with either a 2 or 2.2 horsepower motor, which moves the blades in the container at a high speed in order to pulverize the ingredients completely. On occasion during blending, especially with thicker mixtures like hummus, frozen desserts and nut butters, you may experience some excess movement/vibration from the motor base on your countertop. This is a result of the machine trying to move the blades through such a dense recipe at the same high speeds.
When this happens, the best thing to do is to first make sure you have your blender on the highest speed setting featured on that unit. Next, place your hand firmly on the lid of your container to steady it while you use your tamper to work the ingredients through the blades. This will help to create an easier flow of the ingredients in the container, which will also help to lessen the vibration. Please keep in mind that certain ingredients and recipes are thick or denser in nature, and some movement while blending is normal.
We would be happy to look at it again for you, if the issues persist.

With multiple speeds and a running clock consistency is a breeze each and every time. That’s just the blender, the food processor is out of this world too!
