Usable all year round!!

The design is amazing, very modern I must say!
Easy setup as well, and the smart technology is amazing! It is perfect to use in the she-shed as it can also double as a heater! Definitely, will be using this all year round!

Incredible unit, super impressed with cooling

I love the sleek design and it has been the perfect addition to my home office upstairs which gets pretty warm in the summer. The room is 400 square feet and the artic whisper cools it down in minutes. Just awesome!

Cool summers ahead!

We lost power a few weeks ago and this kept the main part of our home nice and cool while hooked up to our generator. Moving it around from area to area is a breeze since there’s no needing to lift it, hooks up easily into a window and all the accessories needed came with it. I can’t say anything about the heater option since I’m a Floridian, but I can imagine a home could warm up real quick with it if it’s anything like the AC part of it!

Excellent Features and Quiet Operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The De’Longhi Pinguino Smart Portable Air Conditioner and heater works great in my 750sqft insulated garage! It pumps enough heat and cold air to adequately control the temperature with ease! The unit is incredibly easy to install and the sleek design looks great. The installation was incredibly simple with the included window vent and exhaust hose. Just plug it in and you are up and running. This is also one of the quietest units I have ever experienced, even at full fan speed, it is quiet enough to have a phone call right next to it. Easy to connect to my Google Home and simple to control with voice commands. All around this is the best portable AC / Heater I have ever used and I absolutely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The De’Longhi Pinguino Smart Portable Air Conditioner is awesome! I mainly use it in my 750sqft upstairs bedroom/office! It pumps constant cool air, and is so quiet -- nobody on zoom calls has mentioned it and I barely hear it myself! The unit is very easy to install, just attach the hose to the window vent and you're ready to go. It's such great quality. I just love everything about it and look forward to using it for years to come. It's much less clunky than many other portable units. Haven't tested the heat because I'm in California but I'm sure we will love it all winter long. Highly recommend!

Easy to install and cools great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first introduction to a portable air conditioner. When our AC went out in the Texas heat and we braved two days in a 90° bedroom - we decided a portable unit would be a good idea. The setup and install for this is easy (no technician needed!) and all of the items for venting through a window are included. The unit is quiet enough to watch tv - especially in the whisper mode - and cools the room as expected. It has wheels - which is great for rolling it into a closet when it's not needed.

A must-have for Texas residents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you live in Texas, you know the situation with ERCOT and power reliability. It's already May here and we're being told to keep our AC units set at 78 or above to conserve power. Imagine what it's going to be like here when the real heat kicks in later this summer! My plan is to couple the Delonghi Arctic Whisper PACEL395 with a generator to cool a portion of our house. It feels so good to be prepared and have a backup-plan in place. This unit seems easy to setup and powerful. We had our AC go out last year and I used a previous generation Delongi to get us by for a few days, so this new one should work even better.

We picked it up because we have some rooms that do not get as cool during the hottest months and it works great! We love how portable this is, incredibly easier to move around than your standard window unit and works just as good, if not better!
