All in one Comfort Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is great and looks futuristic especially in all black. I got this 4 in 1 AC unit as a replacement for a standard portable AC that was giving out. It cools really well and is much quieter than the unit it replaced. I have yet to try the heating function but imagine it works just as well. It will be great not having to replace the unit with a heater and then back with an AC especially in SoCal as parts of the year alternate between heater and AC within the same day. Being able to turn the unit on and off with the app is great and makes it easy to control the temperature on the way home without leaving the unit running all day. The louvres direct the air well and it cools the room more efficiently than my last unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year, we borrowed a portable AC unit when outer HVAC went out last summer in Arizona. The machine was loud and only worked in a tiny area. Arctic Whisper 600 sq ft Portable Air Conditioner with Heat and Eco Real Feel is leagues better than that clunky machine. Not only is it a workhorse that cools fast, it is truly quieter with many useful features.

Very easy to use great design overall the quality is very impressive summer is going to be a breeze with this guy.

Energy Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a couple of air conditioning units but wanted one that heats as well. The Delonghi Arctic Whisper does both. I have it in a very small room, more like the size of a walk in closet. It works pretty well. Not sure that it could actually cool a 600 square foot room but if you just have a utility room like I do, it does what I need it to do. I like the WIFI feature and energy efficient.

Perfect to have around when HVAC goes out!

It seems like that wouldn't be too often, but we've had so many problems with it that having a back up is a good idea! It's fairly big to store, but in my opinion it's worth it. If you have no A/C in the middle of summer in Florida...it is NOT fun. I love the fact that the machine isn't just an air conditioner, but also a heater! That's a huge plus that it can be used in the winter as well.
It's definitely not big enough to heat/ cool a house, but if you have a smaller sized room like a bedroom, it works wonders! It's easy to set up, but you have to use it close to a window because the hose is only 4 ft long and can't be extended. You can also use this permanently by going straight into the wall, instead of the window.
The wheels are great to be able to move from room to room because it's quite heavy otherwise, around 70 lbs. You can connect it to your app to control it, but I feel the remote is just as easy to use, unless you plan to add it to a Google home type system-then it might come in handy.
Overall, I think it's a great option to cool or heat a medium sized room. Highly recommended!

fanstastic all in one device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been pretty warm lately so this device was really great to have. The Arctic Whisper functions as both an AC and heater, as well as a fan and a dehumidifier. It does everything the descriptions says it should. The AC gets cold right away and heater takes some time to warm up but it's toasty once it gets going. The device also connects to wifi, so we programmed it to connect to our Google Home and it works. No complaints thus far.

So many features and advantages

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a lot of rental properties and every summer we have multiple ACs go down. It gets hot here and I lend it out to the tenants to use while we wait for the repair crews to fix their main unit. Overall, this is probably overkill for what I needed it for however people have been very satisfied with it. The drainage hose is a welcomed advantage in order to allow the unit to run all night long without shutting off due to the condensation reservoir filling up. It also does humidity control which is nice because in the mornings and at night right now it's not that hot, however its extremely humid and moisture needs to be pulled out of the air to be comfortable.
