This unit keeps my room at a very cool temperature which makes it comfortable to sleep. It's 4 in 1 for every one of my needs which makes it unique and to top this summary of its portable.

Great Air Con

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We started using this about two weeks ago specifically in our garage. We turned our garage into an activity room and we were considering just putting in a window unit. The Pinguino absolutely outdid itself. There was minimal set up and it cools our garage down quickly without using too much energy during the Texas, triple digit summers. I would highly recommend this for a space like our garage or for a smaller home/apt without central air con.

It is quiet, it cools the room quickly, with wi-fi system it makes my life easier with alexa I have not yet treated heating but I love its functions I recommend it 100% .Pinguino smart pacel 395 portable air conditioner its the best...

Better Than Expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the DeLonghi Pinguino Smart Pacel 395 about 3 weeks ago and thought i would give it a try. I have two spare rooms in the basement and no way to cool nor heat. I placed the unit down in the area and became really impressed of how well it would cool the area. And one of the coolest features is you can control it from your cellphone because it has built in wifi. i can be upstairs and if i know i would be goin to the spare rooms and can simply turn it on and and adjust the temp right from my cell phone. I would recommend the Delonghi Pacel 395 to anyone who needs to cool or heat a area that they have no way to do so otherwise. Its a easy setup and also has 4 in 1 features it Cools , Heats, and also has a dehumidifier built in as well as a fan.I would have gave 5 stars because it really cools well and is kinda quiet. I have not been able try the heat feature because its summertime and the dehumidifier. Thats the only reason i didn't give 5 stars, I would recommend this product!!!!

She loves this portable air conditioner and uses it in her living room to keep her and the dogs cool. She loves that it connects to her Alexa so she does not have to get up and mess with it if she doesn't need to.

Cool and quiet!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Pinguino Portable Air Conditioner is really nice!! I recieved mine two weeks ago and have been using it everyday. Setting up the unit itself was pretty simple. The hose attachment is a little short, but it was still able to reach the window. I had no issues connecting the unit to my wifi or Alexa. The Pinguino app was easy to find and download. Setting up the app was quick and easy. The app is very simple and easy to use. I love that I can control the unit while away from home. It also comes with a remote and the unit itself has touch functions. This portable a/c is smaller in size, than most I've seen and works perfectly in small to medium sized areas. I don't recommend using it in a large open space. My favorite thing about it would definitely be that it has a quiet mode. You can still hear it running, but it's not loud enough to interrupt conversations or movie time and it keeps the room nice and cool. Since the weather has been really hot, I've only been using the fan and A/C, but I can't wait to try the other modes out.

Amazing unit!!

It is a 4 in 1 unit that can work as a fan, air conditioner, heater, and is also a dehumidifier all in one! The portability of it is wonderful, and I am so grateful that I no longer need to use a heavy and difficult window unit that takes two people to install/uninstall. The set up of the De'Longhi Pinguino is simple and takes just a few short minutes. There are no drip pans or buckets to empty either! I use it during the day in my family room and at night I easily wheel it into my bedroom. I have even brought it into my garage a few times so I can keep cool while working in there (I can't wait to use the heat feature in the garage this winter). It comes with a remote control, but I mostly use the smart Wi-Fi feature using my cellphone or my Google Home speakers. It is amazing to be able to turn it on or off when I am not even home! I love how quiet it is and how quickly it works at cooling (and heating) my rooms. It's great to have a unit that can be used quickly and easy in different rooms of my home and all year long, I couldn't be happier!

Amazingly powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very powerful air conditioner and i love that it has other options too, like heat, dehumidifier and fan. Its currently the middle of summer so I haven't used the heater as of yet. But if it performs like the air conditioner than it will be just as awesome this winter as well. It comes with a remote but you're also able to use touch controls right on the unit itself or even use your phone. It also works with Alexa and Google if you use that type of technology. It's the most high tech, advanced air conditioner I've ever used. I'm still in the learning process as i'm not the best with technology. The one bad thing is that you are limited to where you can put it. It has a short vent hose and has to be directly under a window to use. We went out and bought and tried to use a extender vent so we could place it a few feet away from the window but the extender got very hot very fast. So that didn't work out for us. Other than that its great, just as long as you have space under a window you're good to go. It oscillates up and down and has a powerful blower. It gets really cold really fast and it doesn't put off much noise. Oh and I love the wheels on it too, they glide smooth and effortless and are great to have because its actually pretty heavy.
