Needs stable exact-fit solid plastic attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Please revise this offering by adding a solid plastic attachment that makes a secure, stable fit to a Greenworks blower, instead of providing only the universal adapter, which is not stable. As you can see from the other reviews, Greenworks blower owners want a way to have an exact-fit, solid, stable attachment to their blowers.

It's OK, needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recieved this item and already not a fan. I put the adapter on ratcheted it down as best it would go, however it popped off 3 times. I am gonna give it more time, if it happens all the time I'm just gonna shelve it. I like my greenworks products, but this isn't the best solution.

Sorry I have to be honest it is not useful accessory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long time customer blower, mower, string trimmer, edger, power washer with rotary brush accessory, everything 80 violts and I am a Greenworks tools evangelist. But I have to be honest this is not a useful accessory. We own single level ranch new roof and extra wide gutters. I thought accessory would keep me off roof and ladder hook it up walk around house blowing out leaves from gutters. Sorry. The attachment wobbles where attaches to blower hard to control, the narrow tubrvis counter intuitive as it creates back pressure in the blower and actually blows less air stream. The leaves bunch up and catch on the gutter braces. In the end back to ladder and holding the blower without attachment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Design

I bought this thinking I could get to my high gutters without getting off a ladder. I bought it a few months before I needed it This is the most unstable product and when I tried to return it I was told I could not.

The sleeve that connects the extension to the blower is a poor, fabric design that causes the blower to be unstable and hard to handle.
I mentioned to the representative I have a two story house yet she still sold me the product even though it can only work on a single story.
Additional extensions cannot be purchased separately, so one has to buy a complete extra set for a two story house.
The gutter cleaning extension set is a poor design that I wouldn’t recommend.

It Just Doesn't Work

I bought this about six weeks ago in conjunction with a new Greenworks leaf blower. It is useless, simple as that. Unfortunately, I waited to use it until I needed to clean the gutter and apparently now it is no longer eligible to be returned. The stability problem that many negative reviews mention is a big problem, but even worse is that a tight hose attachment is impossible, so you lose 60-70% of your blowing power.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hate it!!

Difficult and unwieldy. Got it onto my blower fairly easily BUT trying to get it back off the release buttons pretty much do nothing. I press and pinch them until my fingers are sore and that strap is not moving to loosen at all. I am not sure what I am going to do but I am not at all happy. If I need to use my blower for anything else I may have to cut this stupid strap and make this thing completely useless. At this point I would not recommend to anyone. Other than that when I was actually using it it seemed to be doing a fair job though in all honesty there were a lot of leaves and they were wet so that made it more difficult but that release BS is pure bad design!!!
