Faulty Seal

I’ve owned a few HydroJugs over the years and this style is the only one I’ve ever had issues with. I experience leaking from the lid. Weird part is it doesn’t happen all the time but when it does it’s pretty substantial. I have verified the lid is on correctly but I’m thinking it is a faulty seal issue. It’s very disappointing to go for a drink and feel water falling on me since I do not like the straw. The colors are beautiful but the seal needs work.

I love the size but wish the pop top closed tighter. When it is full and it tips, the top will open. I also bought a cover and love it.
