I was driving the other

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was driving the other day and my hydrojug tipped. The lid was securely fastened, but yet water still leaked from the space between the lid and the bottle itself. Maybe that's an isolated incident if just my jug? Not to sure. But it leaked all over my seat. Still love the jug though. Maybe it needs an O-ring?

I love this but my family loved it more, first one I bought went to my mom, second one went to my brother, 3rd one went to my sister in law and this one I just got today is MINE haha

i got the wrong size

i got the wrong size sleeve originally which i was sad about but they said i could do an exchange and i just sent it in and i’m currently awaiting the arrival of my new one and i’m so excited! i love my jug and i’m ready to see the sleeve!
