Nice upgrade from previous dryer

Still trying to get used to all of the features, but overall I think this is a very good dryer. I like the steam settings but wish there was more of a wrinkle release setting like my previous dryer had. Maybe there is and I just haven't figured it out yet. Sound when done could be a little louder as I can't always hear it when I am upstairs (dryer in basement).

Wow, what a difference a great dryer makes! Not only are my clothes drying evenly but in less than half the time of my old dryer! So, I'm even saving on my gas/electricity bill. The features are easy to use and the drum is super large. I am so pleased with this purchase!

We love this dryer. It dries permanent press items so they are wearable/usable right out of the dryer. It does not overdry items, which means occasionally a few heavier items need a few extra minutes.....but that is easy to do. We are very pleased with the dryer's efficiency! ....And love the musical tune at the end!

Dries clothes quickly

Items dry quickly. Love the chimes (instead of an irritating buzzer) at the end of the cycle. We do have an annoying thumping at the start of a cycle--will have to call for service.

Easy on clothes -- and on the user

Easy to operate, clothes dry quickly, and based on so little lint in the filter, it seems very gentle on clothes. Using the cycle appropriate to the clothes does make a difference (not so with my prior, high-end dryer) and I'm doing a lot less touch-up ironing.
The rack is a bit bulky and I wish the permanent-press cycle had periodic tumble after the clothes are dry but these are smal issues.
