Easy Set Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is great for added security to our home. I get a lot of packages delivered and like to know when they arrive and to keep an eye on them while I’m not home so this camera is perfect. The set up was very simple and only took about 20 minutes. The picture quality of the camera is better than I expected and it has a wide viewing angle so I can watch the front of my house. The app is also very easy to navigate I am very pleased with this camera and will be purchasing another for my backyard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good cameras, bad button?!

I bought two battery operated cync cameras and even purchased the solar panel as well. They both worked great but, at that time, I was having problems with my wifi. So, to sum my issue up, I ended up having to reset the cameras a few seperate times to get them to connect and both cameras ended up doing the exact same thing. The reset button went out so I could not reset the camera. This was VERY frustrating because I only had the cameras about a month. Overall...the cameras were great until mt issues arose.

Camera is great....when it works. I bought two and one connected okay but takes a while to boot up anytime I open the app and sometimes I have to take it down and pull the battery to reset it to get it to connect. The second camera won't read the QR code to connect to the app so it's a useless hunk of plastic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The worst camera ever. It would be great if when you open the app to see your live feed that it didn’t take 15 minutes to connect! We even put I wifi extender in our garage to boost connectivity. Did not help at all. The real time playback works, ONCE YOU CAN GET AN IMAGE TO SHOW UP ON THE APP. It should not take 10 to 15 minutes to load the camera. I have the newest iPhone a long with what I previously stated, WiFi extender not more than 20 ft from camera along with a hi speed business wifi account. It’s not my wifi. It’s the camera software. Too slow to be of any use on demand.
