Makes good coffee the only thing is it looked black in the picture and the picture on box is black but it’s gray I would not have purchased it if I knew it was going to be gray

Excellent Coffee Maker

This coffee maker was a little more expensive than my previous ones, but I'm very happy with it so far.
The display is excellent, and it has the option of leaving the hot plate on for up to 4 hours. All the others are 2 hours so I was always warming up my last cup in the microwave. I also think the machines that use the cone filters make better tasting coffee that the basket style. The hot plate seems to be very durable which is also a change from previous machines. I can't comment on durability yet but will update the review in a few months.

Glass decanter could use darker print on the cup sizes, can barely see them on the glass decanter, the thin plastic handle on the basket has already broke off, had tiny nubs on it to keep it connected to the basket and they just wore out in under a month.could use better directions on the charcoal filter to make sure it’s put in the proper way, originally had it in sideways and caused error code stating to descale it, problem was no5 allowing the water to flow in properly, how about a order form to reorder the charcoal filter ?
