I simply wanted a hot cup of coffee. My thermal pot I wanted and bought was a failure. I love these options I have for this product! Hot coffee for 4 hours to boot!

This is a well-designed coffee maker. It pours easily without dripping or spilling. The variable hot plate is very helpful. Both the lid to the carafe and to the brewing area lock, which are good safety measures. The carafe has a solid handle which is also well designed. The appearance of the coffee maker is very solid and modern.
