.....Ordered this Coffee Maker to Replace and Older Model of a Different Brand !! Just what I needed, it's exactly what I needed.....easy to program, warming plate keeps the Temp as you like (very HOT) my choice. The 1 Touch Programing Start Tab is the Best.

Brews quickly and more quietly than some coffee makers. But it does take up a good amount of counter space and is taller than other 12 cup coffee makers. If you are short on space or have low cabinets, this might not be for you. Also, the entire lid comes off the carafe.
