Not Drip-free pot

I would have given 5 stars but it spills quite a bit of water all over when you’re filling the tank. DEFINATELY not a drip-free pot. Have a paper towel handy.

Purchased in December used it 6 times and 4 out of 6 have been getting S5 or 55 error code which is not even in the manual for troubleshooting. Send email - NO REPLY. VERY unhappy with product.

I like that you can adjust the time on the warming plate up to 4 hours. It brewed quickly but every time I would brew a pot of coffee it would give me an error message. I did reach out to CS and they are sending me a new one. Hopefully the next one will work better.
