This is one of my favorite purchases ever. We've had so much fun using it, making pizzas for friends, and experimenting with different toppings, sauces, etc. It's amazing how fast and well this works to make wood-fired pizza. Pizza is one of my favorite foods, and we live in an Italian neighborhood with many great pizza places, but we may never order pizza again, since we have delicious pizza at home.

Love the Karu 2

Love my new oven! I upgraded my Ooni to the Karu 2 from the Fyra 12 and the versatility and quality in this new oven is awesome. The oven heats quickly, retains heat well and the airflow seems to burn the fuel very efficiently. I love that it has the option for a variety of fuels and that you can attach a propane burner as well. The temp gauge comes in handy if you forget or don’t have an infrared thermometer. The glass door is nice but it does get clouded with soot fairly easier. Overall, I love this oven. Great quality product for the price point.

The machine is superb. It delivers what you need to make lush Pizzas. But, it is a fairly steep learning curve, from the dough to the actual cooking. I’m very new to this but cannot wait to become competent with this machine.

Good pizza oven, easy to use but we just cant seem to get the stone to temp so it takes ages to heat and longer to cook pizza. They taste good though!!

DO NOT BUY!

I thought this was a great product after my first try. However, things changed. The "removable stone" is NOT removable for cleaning. Letting the oven "heat and remove scraps" like it states in the booklet does not work. My oven was full of mold!
I would NOT recommend this company, as they DO NOT stand behind their products as promised. And the information is false about it being "Self cleaning. "
