[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great good sized pizza oven we put 25 pizzas through on my birthday about every 3 it needs 10 mins to get back up to temp . Wood needs topping every 5-10 mins as long as you are on it it’s fantastic! Best tasting pizzas . For big nights 2 paddles is essential and a good system for making , cooking serving. A real social event 😍😍😍😍

Better Than Expected — It's a Marvel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It performs exactly how I want it to. It heats fast, it cooks evenly, the heat is easy to maintain with a thoughtful firebox construction.
I can't think of it being easier to make top quality pizza.
I also can't think of any improvement that would make this better, other than if the firebox were larger, but that's what the 16 is for.
This is a beautiful, well-crafted oven. It is made of the highest quality materials, and yet it is very portable. I am impressed with the workmanship and craftsmanship apparent in this engineering marvel.
This is an oven that should last decades. In an era of cheap, disposable goods that fall apart before the end of the year, I finally found something that will last a generation or more if taken care of. I love this thing.
