My Karu 12G Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Karu 12G Multi-fuel oven is, or will be once I've learned enough, a delight to use. I do have a few comments. Your support staff are friendly and knowledgeable but I think you do yourself a dis-service by not assigning customers to a single staff member and by limiting any interaction to emails. If i had been able to speak with someone and they had followed my problems from the start, I suspect they would have seen the problem almost immediately. As it was, I was shunted between 7 or 8 different people - all trying to help but frequently asking me to repeat actions I'd already taken for another Ooni staff member the previous week. Additionally, while I think my problem was as much my fault as yours, I think you should look at your directions and figure out why I thought that the oven temperature could be taken with the glass door closed. Since I already explained this in a previous email, I will leave it at that. I like the oven, your people are friendly and knowledgeable, I admire your company (B corp and 1% for the planet), but I think your documentation for new products and your support methodology could use improvement. I'm looking forward to becoming a proficient amateur pizzaiolo.
