i’m using hardwood for fuel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’m using hardwood for fuel. i’ve had about 3 or 4 fires in the oven so far, but i always seem to burn the side of the pizza closest to the fire.i don’t like charred pizza at all. i’ve tried the option of letting the fire die back a bit. that helps with the burning, but then the bottom doesn’t get done well, and the crust is soft. so, i’ve bee unable to find the happy medium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pizza Saturday has been a tradition in our house for sometime. Albeit with a little pain getting used to off loading a pizza into the oven were now getting closer to take away pizza. The oven also makes cooking Naan breads a breeze.

Really good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all a good product, i find the gas takes a while to heat up but keeps the temp higher for doing several pizzas. The solid fuel is slower and prone to loosing heat in-between pizzas. I few you tube tutorials on this would be appreciated. The carry bag is very handy

4th Oven from Ooni

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is now my fourth pizza oven from Ooni/Uuni, having started with the UUNI 3, progressing through the Koda, to the Karu (kickstarter) now to the Karu 12G
Really liking the extra headroom available since upgrading.
The glass door is also a big improvement, meaning you don’t have to keep opening the door to check.
Haven’t used the wood option yet, but the bigger fuel basket looks a great improvement.
Support from Ooni has always been great when I’ve needed it.
