I had an original nespresso and then we had a Vertuo. I was skeptical about the built in brother, The first few times I used it I wasn't thrilled but now I love it, I use skim milk and am very impressed, I love being able to just move it to th fridge and not have to clean it every time nor pour it back in the milk container or throw out, I love the entire product
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought end of November and it’s leaking and coffee and do not get hot

Bring the coffee shop home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Nespresso Vertuo a month ago and it has replaced our trips to the local coffee shop with a short stop in our kitchen. The coffee is delicious and the variety of flavors and styles keeps us coming back for more.

Broke down after a few uses

It stopped functioning after two weeks. Just out of nothing, made one cup and another one just stopped working with a red light blinking. Water tank full, capsule inserted correctly. Tried resetting, zero result. Repair is more expensive (as it has no guarantee document cause was an item to test and review) than throwing it out and buying a new one.

Almost perfect...

Received this machine for Christmas after having the Breville for several years. I truly love the function of this machine with the milk frother and over aesthetic. However, I believe they chose design over function with the cup holder that is just too small to hold a larger cup without risk of it tipping over and more height for taller cups would be appreciated. This would be a perfect machine if these couple were a focus over the look.
