What coffee is supposed to taste like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 2 months ago the company I work for got a Nespresso Machine. My first cup was like what's this. Its so different from what I'm use to Keurig. People who have Nespresso tell me that's what coffee is supposed to taste like. Took time to get use to and then was hooked. Told my wife about it and she said WE have no room on th kitchen counter. Immediately declined it regardless of what i said about the coffee but when she went walking with her friend one day afterwards she praised Nespresso and brought her a cup for the walk. She, like me. was hooked . we now have the new machine on the counter of our kitchen.

Love this machine! The coffee is amazing, it’s virtually silent in operation, the choice of pods is never-ending and I’ve not found one I don’t like yet! Finally, it’s virtually self cleaning - just incredible!

GARBAGE - Endless wasted pods

STAY AWAY! This thing needs constant service and you get ZERO advanced notice. You will go to make a cup of coffee and lights will start flashing saying service is needed. WELL, you just wasted a pod. This happens at least once a week, at least. The engineers and product management team that designed this piece of crap should all be fired. As a mechanical engineer I am embarrassed for our profession by this design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
