Great features but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso Vertuo has a lot going for it—great design, features , easy operation, and delicious coffee. The only thing holding me back from loving it is the temperature. I prefer my coffee hotter, and it tends to cool too fast. If Nespresso fixes that, it would be a 5-star machine for me.”

Breaks easily

I loved the machine but a piece on the milk frother broke and you cannot purchase a replacement. What I loved about the machine is useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent coffee maker that isn’t too noisy. Easy to clean and makes lovely coffee. Colour is very beautiful and the design is sleek. Suitable for modern flat!

I love this machine! Yes, it doesn't get piping hot but its drinkable right away I have had the machine well over a year and no issues at all.

Parts Fail After A Short Period

I'd have given this maybe 4 starts on day 1. But over time, the machine fails. Less than a year and the coffee stops brewing hot, the former deteriorates etc. it's not a bad machine, but it doesn't last long enough (12 months with 2 people using it) to justify the cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Delicious

So quick and easy to set up and understand. I love the way that it brews my black coffee with a lovely foamy top. I’m looking forward to enjoying this for a long time to come!
