Microwave dies just out of warranty.

This microwave last about a year and a half and stopped functioning. The estimated repair cost is more than I paid for the unit. Stear clear of this product.

I love the slim profile of this microwave. Very modern. The only negative I have is that I hit the exhaust button when I close the door sometimes.

Issues with the microwave: 1. The door has to be pulled out to open it, there is no ‘open’ button. Worried the microwave may come off the wall.
2. Button on the panel are not lighted so difficult to see at nite even with kitchen lights on. Flash lite gas to be used. Company needs to improve on these difficult features.

We like the microwave but hate that the keypad doesn't light up. Very difficult to see the numbers etc..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the microwave so far; we had an issue with the first delivery (could not install missing an internal part) and after a few phone calls Samsung replaced the unit and took the first one away. We have only had it installed for 1 month, so will need to review again later. The microwave is quiet and simple, the touch on the buttons is easy, although need to get used to how you open it to make sure that you don't turn on the fan. The light and fan are great, no issues there. I wish that it didn't stick out quite so far, but once we installed the oven/stove below, it really wasn't noticeable. The microwave currently works as expected, ask back in 6 months.
