Adequate basic MW but there are problems

I have had this microwave for 8 months or so and there are 3 things that annoy me. 1. Clock Does not automatically sync even though the MW is connected to my network 2. Fan makes a lot of noise but water vapor from steaming pots never really gets drawn through the filters. I do not have this exhausted outside. I just use the internal path where the fan blows out the top. 3. How about a real manual for my specific MW! Trying to figure out the reheat, auto-cook etc sequence is really annoying. …and why isn’t there an reheat for 1 piece of pizza? You can only do an auto-reheat for 2 pieces?

Not a good microwave

I bought this microwave last year and it is the slowest heating microwave ever. Occasionally stops working and it takes forever to warm a glass of milk. Also, it is not possible to clearly see the inside of the microwave when it is on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor product, buyer beware

Didn’t work out of the box, but I was happy that Samsung covered the repair under warranty. Of course here I am now just 18 days past the warranty expiration and the microwave is dead once again with a C-F2 Absolute garbage and not at all what I would expect from a name like Samsung. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The cooking experience depends on how efficiently the microwave works. We've shared some guidelines to get your unit running smoothly!
If you get an error code, service is pretty much needed. First, you may clear the error if you power cycle the microwave.

Fan button in a bad spot

I bought this microwave in 2023, alone with the Bespoke induction range and dishwasher. I have to say that the button for the fan is near where you open the door, the problem is the fan turns on often when opening the door. It is annoying. Bad design I guess.

Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with my samsung microwave. At first I was afraid of how small it looked and thought my deep dishes or a whole chicken would not fit but boy was I wrong. You can absolutely fit a whole chicken and deep casserole dish. I read other's complaints about accidentally hitting the fan button while closing the door and it turns it on but I am more aware and careful of that. I love that it gives me more wall space underneath to hang my spices and I do recommend this microwave and we are a samsung family so I absolutely am in love with all their appliances.

I love this microwave but can’t connect to app

I highly recommend. The only issue I have ran into is connecting the app. You don’t need the app, but since it came with the app I would like for it to work. I’ve reached out multiple times and no one has reached out to assist besides sending me a link to a section of the manual. Besides that, love love love this microwave. It was a great buy!
