Can’t see the Great Features

For all the amazing revelations this microwave has, a backlit keypad so you CAN ACTUALLY SEE THE KEYS WHILE YOURE TEYING TO USE IT, is not one of them. The insipid response from Samsung in another similar review just makes it worse. You wonder (again) if the ‘engineers’ that designed this and so many other nearly functional things, actually tried to use it at least one time. Or if they live in the actual real world. 2 stars for Pathetic Mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is good and thw low peofilw is vwry convenient for making extra space above the stove.
The reason i give it 4 stars is because it does not allow to program the lights as nightlights not even in the smart things app. Also this one appliance cannot be changed in color as the rest of the bespoke line.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a good microwave

I bought this microwave last year and it is the slowest heating microwave ever. Occasionally stops working and it takes forever to warm a glass of milk. Also, it is not possible to clearly see the inside of the microwave when it is on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fan button in a bad spot

I bought this microwave in 2023, alone with the Bespoke induction range and dishwasher.
I have to say that the button for the fan is near where you open the door, the problem is the fan turns on often when opening the door. It is annoying. Bad design I guess.

I bought this product in May 2023. About six months later I noticed that the microwave display was constantly changing. I thought it was because of the wifi. Now the microwave has a mind of its own. Several features turn on at any time. The air vent, light, and the microwave itself. I disconnected the vent feature and could live with light engaged. But what i can't live with is a microwave that self starts. Thats is a serious hazard. At this moment I'm seriously considering replacing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clock doesn't work but heats up ok....

Just got the microwave installed. Seems everyone is right about the clock. It doesn't give the option to set to PM. I've used at least owned and used 20 ++ microwaves throughout my lifetime and this is the only microwave that gives me trouble. I did heat up soup and that worked well. I hope this microwave functions and lasts. Fingers crossed. I also purchased the induction oven but haven't installed yet. Hope these appliances last.....

digital clock falls behinda

Trying to edit but can't find that function. Wanted to update review that the clock works, however, the time slows down. Once it gets set after a few minutes or so, it starts to slow down and the time falls behind a bit a minute then 2 minutes...is there a way to fix that?
Other than that, heated a few things and still seems to work ok. I've only used this microwave about 5 days.
