Have to use app for slot of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basic functions are available on the screen. To change power mode in microwave you have to use app. It would be nice to set power mode from the actual screen

Builder dumping poor whirlpool model to home owner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't have a choice to pick appliances ' brand in my spec home. All my appliances (this oven combo, dishwasher, washer, dryer), they all are poorly designed and function not really tested. I tested simple rice cooking option and it take almost 4 hrs as per its AI cooking. The oven can not even do simple air fryer "toasting".waste of money
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ho-Hum looks and performance with flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this oven combo to match my white gloss/glass kitchen remodel. I ordered from the manufacturers' product description, sight unseen. Turns out the only glass on the appliance is the small
(4"X 29") control panel with the rest of the oven face, including the larger panel with the Whirlpool logo, being just white paint. The microwave control sequence is not intuitive and is cumbersome with multiple steps required to do a simple reheat of coffee or warm a sandwich. The "done/complete" signal chimes only twice and will remain silent without a repeating notice. Coffee and other food items will be abandoned for the entire day if you happen to be out of earshot when cooking is complete. Not much special about the oven; it functions as should and does have a very quick heating rate for pre-heating. I don't like that I needed to download their app to access the AirFry feature. Either I paid for a feature or I didn't; it's availability should not depend on my activity AFTER the sale.

Outstanding appliance!

Some of the things we like best are the intuitive controls, even cooking, Air-fryer and Wi-Fi connection. We have had this for about a month and so far I can't find a single thing negative with it!
