[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful, expensive oven. It should come with an instruction manual. Not even a manual available on line to print. I should not have to pay for online support. I had no idea how to turn it off the first time I used it. Really, set the timer for a minute and it shuts off?? I don't feel I am operating this oven to its full potential. Cooking methods so I can keep track of recipes on my oven?? I won't use that. I have enough technology to deal with. Please don't make things more difficult than they need to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First installed March 2023. It never worked. Service technician came several times before Whirlpool authorized replacement. Recently received replacement. Have yet to try it. Too scared. Expecting another defective product.

Poor features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with our new house. I do not like the control panel as when you wipe it off all of the features start popping up, annoying. using the oven is very confusing. You open the door and it comes up on the screen resume, why. You use the microwave and it wants to shut off the oven. If I would have had a choice, I would not have bought this unit!

Looks Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perhaps it’s just me, but I would have liked instructions on how to use this product, in particular the microwave. You can select one of 4 options for reheating, though, and it seems to know what to do. But, if I wanted to cook bacon in the microwave, it’s just trial and error. I’ve only found 3 time selections for the microwave: 2, 1 and .30 minutes. So, if I’m cooking a frozen dish, I have to keep extending the time until it’s done.

A Very Smart Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works very well and is nearly silent. My only qualm is that it doesn’t come with cooking instructions and the the microwave seems to only have three settings for time: 2 minutes, 1 minute, and 30 seconds. So, if I’m cooking a frozen meal requiring 7 minutes, I use 3 2’s and 1 1. My old KitchenAide had a “custom cook” button, which this does not. So if you want to cook bacon for instance, there is no way to know how long it should cook in the microwave, except trial and error. On the plus side, the whirlpool seems to know how long it takes to reheat things…you just enter the item, ie: soup, and how many. Likewise with a “dinner plate”. All in all, I prefer my old Kitchen Aide, but it finally died after 18 years. RIP.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even is an adequate replacement for prior unit, that was 25 years old! Disappointed that new unit has more "BLACK" appearance than "WHITE", even though it is designated as "WHITE" by factory!!
