[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this combination oven and microwave as an addition to our new home. What I find most attractive about this product is the ease of use. It is much easier to use than the previous products I have owned. Intuitive and efficient in its design, it provides the most functionality in the fewest steps. Previous microwaves we've owned required a complex system of numerous steps just to set the power level. Although, some of the interface items may be small, they are all right on the screen allowing you to easily choose how much power should be applied while cooking.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a direct replacement for the same model I bought 24 years ago. I don't like the digital display as it is so small that it is hard to select or even press Start. However, I hope I get the same reliability and length of service.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks nice, but took some time to learn how to use. Still not sure I am turning off the oven correctly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave and oven work fine but the touchscreen is ridiculously tiny. There seems to be plenty of space for a much larger and more functional display/touchscreen but all the functionality is concentrated into a very small area with very small font and input areas.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit came with the new house. It's panel is not user friendly. The fast start paperwork is poorly written and generic. Doesn't help much at all. The broiler doesn't work constantly and the instructions to use are ambiguous. When I talked to the help desk they said if you open the door the broiler shuts off. But in instructions, they say once it reaches temperature, open the door and put in the food. That would shut off the broiler. Again, poor instructions.
