Lovely combo!

At first, I was somewhat stymied by the "computerized" controls, and looked everywhere online for a "controls" manual to no avail. But I found what I needed when I scrolled through the information. Have only tried the basic features, but looking forward to learning about all of them.

Air Fryer Not Working to Our Expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like our in-wall microwave oven and conventional/convection/air fryer oven, but we have one rather large issue. We cannot figure out how to use the air fryer feature. It takes at least 25 minutes to “air fry” French fries and they’re still not browned. We have searched the internet for instructions and come up empty. Please help!

Best set ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is so awesome! All in one area, so convenient. Switch between microwave/convection to oven seamlessly. Still learning how everything works lol the temperature is spot on and the oven even has a rapid heat to get you to the temperature quickly! Large size oven, great size microwave/convection. The cutouts on the racks in front make it easy to take dpans out! I can’t say enough good things about it! FYI- the oven can smoke when you first turn it on, so turn the vent on and open a door. Not too crazy but it stinks a bit. It’s a protective coating that Whirlpool puts on it. Idk why, but you cook at350 degrees for 45 min and broil for 10 minutes, I think. Mine was fine after the bake time, no more smoke. Best oven and microwave I’ve ever owned! You gotta buy one!

Great Features and quite attractive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an old GE. Needed black. Unit is very attractive and works great. Be patient with operation as it takes a bit to understand. Works well with the cell phone app.

Disappointing

The oven is attractive and the oven works well. The microwave cooks on the slower side; however, the microwave door opens towards you instead of swinging to the side. It is an arm’s length long and is super hard to reach in and clean it thoroughly or easily obtain your food unless you have long arms or stand on a stepping stool. It is very high up on our wall and would be difficult to manage if you are under 5 feet four. The buttons do not always press easily so you have to repeatedly press them. We still have not figured out how to easily shut off the actual oven unless we use the oven’s timer. We also cannot figure out how to change the time of day on the microwave clock It is impossible to find the information on the online manual. I would not purchase this again. Our previous wall oven combo lasted for over 30 years and we loved it. This one is a different experience
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
