[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we are very happy with our double wall oven, good size, bright oven light, cooks well, sleek contemporary design. Heat from the upper oven will sometimes affect the LED display when the door is opened and the audible timer signal is too short and not loud enough to hear unless you are in the kitchen even with the volume set to the loudest setting. Our last oven had a tone that played 5 short beeps that you could hear anywhere in the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features except if the lower oven door locks

I have a problem however. The lower oven door locked on its own just after I had registered it on line.
I have not been able to unlock the lower oven door. So frustrated by this problem. A Diamond Service Man is scheduled to come next Monday. Hopefully he will be able to open the lower oven door.

Oven is great, but interface is bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven is great, but interface is bad. The interior space is much greater than the previous double oven we had in the same hole. it heats up faster than the old one.
One aspect I like about the oven is it messages me when the oven is up to temperature, so I know when the wife is cooking at home and that I need to get home soon.
The interface is capacitive touch, that once you open the door and steam comes out, the touch doesn't work. There is no button to just turn it off, you have to use the menu, and even then, I'm not sure it's actually off. The alarm is not loud enough to hear from another room, which may be good or bad depending on your situation. With more time, I'm sure we'll eventually get use to the interface.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this double oven 3 weeks ago I am in love, best oven yet it cooks evenly and preheats in no time at all. The features on the oven are all very plan and straight forward very easy to learn to use. I am using oven on line and again very easy to use. If you are thinking of buying an oven you can’t go wrong with this one I bought it in black what a great color makes my kitchen pop going to buy rest of appliances in black I guarantee it will be a Whirlpool.
