A lot of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well, takes a while to pre-heat. It does lose heat very rapidly if you open the door. (For example, if you need to take the foil off the top of lasagna before completing cooking with the foil off. Even if I go really fast and move something from the oven to the counter, maybe a 5 second task, it will lose at least 50 degrees. Then I have to wait for it to heat back up. If you reach in and take the foil off the lasagna, it will lose 100 degrees. The capacity is what I expect in a double oven.

Happy Birthday to Me something I use everyday

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got this for my birthday. Even though our old oven still worked I wanted an upgrade. I am so happy with the baking results. The bake cycle cooks evenly and exactly to the time that was aloted in the recipe. I love watching the recipes cook because the lighting is excellent. I have only used the convection part a few times and need more practice.

Great ovens!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed on January 29th. So far I'm very hapoy with it. The digital part is a bit of a learning curve but I'm getting there. The only thing I dislike is the timer sound. Not nearly loud enough. I have it on Maximum but still have to use another timer if I'm not in the kitchen. Otherwise, it's grest!

NO CUSTOMER FOCUS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The function of the oven is what we expected, but the communication and directions for use are an entirely a different story. The instructions for use were nonexistent, and the hunt for a basic guide showed us that the website and chatbots had NO CUSTOMER FOCUS. After a thorough search and multiple attempts to contact a human (totally 6 hours) we finally were able to secure a pdf that gave directions for use.
