Cooks to Perfection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about a month of operation and its being put through its paces cooking our Thanksgiving turkey, our new Whirlpool double oven is just wonderful. The Turkey was cooked to perfection in exactly the time suggested. In addition, I love the large digit clock in the faceplate, which gives me the correct time from a distance.

Worst oven I've ever seen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Complete computerized controls on this oven were obviously programmed by someone that has never baked or broiled with an oven. > Having one control panel for both ovens is a complete waste of time and makes it almost impossible to control both ovens when their both in use due to the multiple programming steps that must be used. > The touch screen control panel is very difficult to use since sometimes it doesn't react to a touch or takes 5 -10 to respond with no indication that it is working to catch up. > The company does not provide a complete user manual for the model purchased and the instructions given have a 1 in 5 chance of being the instructions to your oven. STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING BACK TO MANUAL CONTROLS ON YOUR OVENS!

It was purchased new -- still in unopened box, -- installed, powered up, but it displays an error code F8OE, indicating a fan is not working properly. At this time, we are trying to contact your service folks to come and repair it.
