Handsome unit, missing some touchscreen features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace a double oven that had stopped operating (twice). One of the problems with the old oven is that the OFF button didn't work. The new oven is a handsome replacement. However, I was disappointed that the touchscreen interface did not have an obvious OFF button! Hopefully a software update will supply an OFF button.

No idea how to turn off microwave or oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected 4 stars because nowhere in the manual tells you how to turn off the oven or microwave. And from looking online a lot of people had that exact same problem.

Not understanding features

In the past we word refer to the instructions manual for help.not included. Our current technology is minimal. Can you help us. Thanks

Good looking appliance but no Operation Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no Operation Manual available. Microwave door opens to the front instead of to the side, which makes it hard to reach if the oven is placed at regular height. Overall looks good. Still testing it.
