No user guide included?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it came with an owners manual it doesn’t go through how to use all the features it has. You kind of have to stumble through pushing buttons to discover the features. I’d like to have a users guide that walks you through the features.

Sticking with Whirlpool From Now On

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this unit for only a little over a week now, and am very pleased with both how it looks and how it functions. The oven heats up in half the time as my old one, and that is not counting the rapid heat feature! I do not feel the manual is basic enough, in that it took me a week to figure out how to immediately turn the oven/microwave off. (So easy, now.) Was also surprised by the oven going into a cool down mode. Now, if I can only figure out how to make the alarm louder and the time light dimmer... I should have stuck with Whirlpool products; replaced a 12-year-old different manufacturer oven/microwave unit, while my 32-year-old Whirlpool dishwasher is still working fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its beautiful although I'm not a fan of the drop down door on the microwave portion...I'm 5'4' and its aggravating to use. I have not found a way to cut off the oven while its working. The preheat for oven takes too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst appliance I’ve ever owned. Difficult to operate. Complete manual not available even online. Supposed to have air fryer “when connected”. No one knows how to connect it!

Problem from the start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After only two weeks, the microwave stopped working. A technician came out and fixed it by turning off the breaker and after a few minutes, turning it on again. It happened again today, a week after it had been fixed. We were able to start it again using the breaker method. Are we going to constantly have to do this on a new appliance?

Nice upgrade from our last Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a ten year-old Whirlpool Gold wall unit that came with our home. We love our new oven/microwave. The only negative was the non-caring customer “service” rep who was of minimal assistance when setting up our app/wi-fi. Not customer focused at all. Not what I’ve come to expect as a loyal Whirlpool customer since 2002.

Works great and smart features are really fun

It has performed very well on several meals and we are excited to try more of the smart oven features. We are pleased the Air Fry feature is now available since connecting the WiFi.
