Microwave door opens like an oven door, no button to push to open door so there is no latch to go bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Difficult to operate. Instructions are worthless, and calling whirlpool is a major issue. No person available to talk ro just promps for things not pertaining to me. I cannot figure out if the oven is off! A major problem for me, and convection bake doesn't cook the middle of the food. I would buy a different brand next time.

Nice upgrade from our last Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a ten year-old Whirlpool Gold wall unit that came with our home. We love our new oven/microwave. The only negative was the non-caring customer “service” rep who was of minimal assistance when setting up our app/wi-fi. Not customer focused at all. Not what I’ve come to expect as a loyal Whirlpool customer since 2002.
I would recommend this to a friend!
