[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my wall microwave oven combination two weeks ago. Overall, I am satisfied with the functionality of this product. However, I have two major issues, first the unit arrived without a printed feature/ user guide. I found a 68 page book online and I called Whirlpool to request a printed copy. I was told that it would take 10-15 days to arrive. Yesterday, I received a 11 page “Feature Guide”, this document is not nearly as useful and as the 68 page document that is online. I know that we are trying to save trees, but when the customer makes a request, the community should provide such material.
Also, we had to have a cabinet maker put crown around the oven to adjust for the gap that was left because Whirlpool no longer makes the width 28.5” that we had 15 years ago when we built our home.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice looking unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very surprised with this particular Unit. We are not able to use the Oven and the Microwave simultaneously. Hard to believe this is not possible. If we have something baking in the Oven and quickly need to use the Microwave to reheat, boil some water, etc., it appears it is not possible with this unit. Are we doing something wrong? If I knew this was not possible, I would have purchased a different unit or brand. The Seller (Sargents Appliance) did not advise us on this issue.

Beautiful Addition To Any Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're enjoying the new oven and microwave. It works perfectly, does not heat up the room and we think it "is the best." It does not, however, have an air fryer, but does have convection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good looking appliance but no Operation Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no Operation Manual available. Microwave door opens to the front instead of to the side, which makes it hard to reach if the oven is placed at regular height. Overall looks good. Still testing it.

Not understanding features

In the past we word refer to the instructions manual for help.not included. Our current technology is minimal. Can you help us. Thanks
