Blows hot air into the kitchen when you use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not pleased that these new ovens have a fan that blows hot air into my home from a vent under the door. The old Whirlpool oven that we replaced did not do that. It's >100degrees F outside during the summer where I live and it's extremely bad to have the oven blowing hot air into the kitchen when we use it. Whirlpool should address this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not so great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is a replacement for another Whirlpool wall oven that failed after only 14 months. After only 4 uses, it had the same problem as the last one…whenever I would turn the oven off, and then open the oven to take out what was in it, the fan would go on very loud and fast and not stop even after the oven was cold. The only way to get it stopped was to turn off the power.
After much frustration and research—along with paying an electrician to check wiring/installation—I discovered one little line on the trouble-shooting page that says: "Note: In many wall ovens, if the oven door is left open to cool the oven, the cooling fan will not shut off." This is a design flaw that should have been highlighted in the owner’s manual. Even the repairman didn’t know about this.
The "owner’s manual is a joke—very little information on the various cycles. Whirlpool may think that their product is "intuitive", but for older people who haven’t grown up with technology, it really isn’t.

Single wall mount oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As of the writing of this review, I am satisfied with my purchase. My last whirlpool built in single oven lasted 20 years before a replacement was needed and hope to obtain the same results with my new purchase.

I like the convection oven when it works.

I bought this 3 months ago and I have to turn it on and off serval times for it to work. If it works at all. Now I have to wait weeks or months to get the parts to fix it.
