Great until it stopped working

It was great until it stopped working after a few months :( Turns on, but doesn’t suck. Our baby doesn’t like the manual nose frida.

Not worth the money

I bought this hoping it would work better than a bulb syringe and it didn’t suck out a single thing!! I’ve tried it multiple times and still nothing.

We used all the life out of our original electric nose Frida. It has been great for both our toddler and newborn. We made it through the US tripledemic, only to relocate for work to Australia and have to make it through a second tripledemic. When our Frida finally bit the dust, the company honored the warranty and sent us a second with no hassle.

Mine wouldn’t work anymore, I contacted customer service and they sent me a brand new one. Amazing customer service. I love this product. It has great suction and the light distracts my baby. She’s not even fazed by it.

Wonderful product even if something goes wrong

We bought this several months back and it is so much more gentle on the babies nose than a bulb sucker. It's easy to clean and it gets a lot out, sometimes a shocking amount. We did have it stop working on us but the company was so incredible in working with us and they shipped out another one so fast. Highly recommend the product and this company.
