Worked for one illness

I loved this the first time I used it. Unfortunately it stopped working after 2 uses. Just makes a high pitched noise after being fully charged. Would not spend the money!

Short lived

After a few uses it stopped working. When it worked I liked it. It started to act up and some of the buggers would come out from the whole in the back and that’s gross. And now it won’t suck at all.

Disappointing product quality

I bought this product for my infant grand daughter and it worked well the first few times, but the snot leaks into the area it is not supposed to and you are unable to clean it out completely and it ends up ruining the electronics and the product stops working. So disappointed and if I could rate less than 1 star I would.

we have purchased 2 of these in the last 6 months and both of them have broken, getting really annoyied having to return them and wait for refunds them repurchaseing, this last one only lasted 2 weeks

Constantly Breaking

When it works it’s great but we’ve been through 3 of these. They don’t get dropped they are well taken care of and they just stop. They make a slight beep or ringing noise but the pump won’t turn on. We’ve only had this most recent one for 2 months.

Broke twice and not good enough suction

I have bought 2 returned one because it stopped working and just did a high pitch boise and now the second one is doing it too. I'm so disappointed because all I've heard is good things and I haven't had the best experience plus the suction is not that great either
