Stopped working after 2 months

My baby is only 3 months old, I've had the nose frida for about two months and it's already stopped working, it's charged and the attachments are all cleaned but it won't suck. It's just makes this high pitched noise. For how expensive this is you would think it would work longer than that. Don't waste your money

My 8 month old HATES anything that goes near his nose, including this. This tool removes the snot so quickly it has been such a lifesaver, even if he hates it. My ONLY problem is snot keeps going under the plastic catcher. How do I prevent this?

I received this at my baby shower, used it 1 month and snot got in the motor and completely stopped working! Extremely upset about it.

Snot leaks out, unsure of longevity bc of this

We bought this a few months ago but didn't really use it until a couple days ago for our 11 week old who has RSV. Our doctor recommended suctioning his nose and this has great suction, if it weren't for the fact that the snot leaks through the tiny hole in the snot receptacle and into the compartment below. This wouldn't be a problem except this receptacle has a small hole that leads into the electronics in the body of the machine, and I am concerned that snot and water from rinsing it out will damage the electronics. I'll have to figure out how to clean it, maybe plugging the hole with a finger while I rinse it, or using Q-tips. I see other reviewers have had the same problem only worse and others don't mention it at all so I'm not sure what kind of defect ours may have.

This electric nose frida was a game changer with my twins. They are only a few months old and have been sick twice now. This was so easy to use on them. However, I have only had it a month and now it no longer has suction. It only makes a faint high pitched sound. Unfortunately it’s just not worth it for the price of it has to be replaced monthly. It was a huge let down.

The worst product ever

Everything that goes into the electric nose, it doesn't stay in the container. It enters into the product and comes out the back, soiling your hand, sometimes it goes up on my face, expensive product, and horrible. I'd be ashamed to sell this.
