Good yet defective

No question this thing works but like others have said it spits back out old grossness. I clean it regularly after every use yet when I use it sometimes it spits out oldboogers and liquid from the little hole on top. It’s disgusting. I thought I got a lemon but looks like others have same issues.

Snot getting in the motor!! So sad

Bought this a few months back, been using it for quite a while now. Worked perfectly, up until my son had his first cold since owning this. He got seriously congested. It’s super efficient getting all that snot out, but somehow the snot gets inside the motor!! It’s weird, because it’s not as if the snot catcher is full. The motor is impossible to clean and snot comes out of the vent. Ever since snot got inside the motor it makes a horrible gurgling sound and has somehow lost some of its power. Such a shame!! Still love it though, nothing gets snot out like this. I’ll definitely keep using it.

Great product and customer service

I bought my electric nose sucker because my daughter hated the manual suction. This product is easy to use, assemble and super quick at the job. She doesn’t mind it hardly at all. I had trouble using it recently and wrote to Frida. They responded immediately and replaced my item for free! Wonderful and responsive customer service!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The suction is awful my baby hates this and it oozed like green juice!!! I wanted to vomit this is nasty and defiantly unsanitary and can’t be safe! If I could get a refund I would!

I bought this for my son …it worked wonderful …a month later …stop working..it lights up but does not work… I can’t afford to purchase another one ..
