Stopped working

I bought this back in July for my 1 year old and it was working good. Cleaned it after each use, let it dry before reassembling. But now 2.5 months later it just stopped working. The light comes on but nothing happens and I’ve researched trying to find a was to trouble shoot. Just is unfortunate given it’s not the cheapest option out there.

We use it for a period during our child's illness but then when we put it away to use during the next illness we can never get it to work again. Then we have to contact you guys to get another which is extremely frustrating because when we pull it out to use it we are in need of it because our child is sick again

Hello I got the Electric Nosefrida couple of months ago and it was working fine it went out they gave us a hard to getting another one. So we went far out to get another. Now this one stop it's clean and charged for 2 hours . All three lights come on and it's not working

I purchased with product and used it a handful of times, cleaning after each use. The first one stopped working, but the lights turned on, suggesting the motor was defective. Fully charged it never sucked again. I purchased a second one and the same thing happened after two uses. This is a well known problem by Frida and they continue to sell a defective product. I love Frida products and they are usually such high quality. This is frustrating and disappointing to see a company choose to sell faulty product. This comment will also likely be at the end, because they use an algorithm to put positive comments in the beginning of the page.
