I Wanted to Love it, Snot Gets into Motor

We loved this at first, for minimal boogies. Then, when there was a substantial amount coming out of our kid’s nose - it went past the receptacle and into the motor. It’s too expensive to have it break that quickly. We’re at a loss. I’m not the only one this happened to, apparently.

Snot goes into motor

It get the boogers out for the most part. The problem I have is the snot gets underneath the snot container and into the motor. Then the snot and mucus start to leak out the hole on the back. While suctioning the snot flies out all over my hands. Now it has an odor while using. It was quite to begin with but now makes gurgling noises when using. And the suction definitely decreased.

Stopped working

I bought this back in July for my 1 year old and it was working good. Cleaned it after each use, let it dry before reassembling. But now 2.5 months later it just stopped working. The light comes on but nothing happens and I’ve researched trying to find a was to trouble shoot. Just is unfortunate given it’s not the cheapest option out there.

We use it for a period during our child's illness but then when we put it away to use during the next illness we can never get it to work again. Then we have to contact you guys to get another which is extremely frustrating because when we pull it out to use it we are in need of it because our child is sick again
