Awesome job. Our old Frida broke and our baby was sick and we needed to get the snot out of her nose. I sent an email about the product and they had me answer a few questions and sent another one out in a week. We love Frida and have all their products and this made us stay with them even more. We bought all our friends babies Frida's and they have loved them as well. Awesome company.

I brought this product and got like two use of it before it stopped working. It turns on, the light works but you just hear a high pitch screech from it no suction. Not seeing the worth. Smh
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to Love

I had really high hopes for this product, I have had to purchase this product twice in the same year. Each time we have tried to figure out how to stop the snot from entering in the bottom chamber. My child doesn’t get sick often which means it’s not in use a lot. There’s no way this product is just dying. The first time I figured it was just a malfunction, so I purchased it again and this time same thing. It just stopped working. It sucks because this isn’t a cheap product.

Really enjoy the lifetime warranty on the nose Frida electric . If something breaks they will send you a new one you just have to contact them . Enjoy that I don’t have to pick my nose anymore with a tissue the nose Frida electric does it for me and keeps my toddler entertained with the lights . Great purchase
