Not My Favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for the electric nosefrida as we have the normal nosefrida and love it. However, this fell short of our expectations. We have had a snotty baby so we knew it was the perfect time to give this product a shot. It barely suctioned anything out of his nose. We then used our regular nosefrida and got a good amount out. I wanted to love this product and will give it another shot, but it definitely didn’t meet our expectations.

Best Booger Sucker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the original that was not electric, so this was an awesome upgrade! I love how it has 2 soft, comfy nozzles for babies and older children. They suck snot right out of nostrils. I love how it's more precise and comfortable, unlike those old-fashioned nasal aspirations. Oh, and it has a cool, bright, distraction light for the fussy little ones!

I love how I am able to get the mucus out of the babies nose without hurting him. You don’t even know how much is coming out when you’re using the machine. I wish they had this machine with my other children.

Amazing! A lifesaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I swore to myself I would never buy the nose frida aspirator and then my baby got sick and we went to target to buy it. It was a lifesaver. I also told myself I didn’t need an electric nose sucker. Now I have this and I don’t know how I lived without it. My baby doesn’t hate this thing going towards her nose and it’s gentle enough that she is fine with the suction. Fighting a sick baby while using a manual nose sucker is just not fun. This electric one is a lifesaver.

Good but doesn’t beat the original

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The distracting light feature is genius (doubles as a fun toy!!) I’ve always used the original NoseFrida on my babies so I was excited to try the electric one. Overall, I thought it was much better tolerated but not as effective as the original. It’s great for my husband because he can’t stand the thought of using the original one!

It works well...until it doesn't

After having gone through 2 of these, I've come to the conclusion that the team at Frida did not do the proper testing required to see the glaringly obvious issues of snot going straight into the hole that leads into the motor. Not sure what the product design team was thinking?? This causes the machine to start sputtering snot out of the hole on the back and eventually for the motor to die and no longer work and there's not a darn thing you can do to prevent this from happening. If you're lucky, you'll get maybe 20 uses out of this before it gives out. I'm not sure what Frida is doing to rectify this issue as there are so many people with the same complaint and nothing has changed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have really enjoyed our electric nose Frida. It’s a less traumatic option for our kids who did not love the manual sucking nose frida! Now they can use this on their own and clear their nose with ease. Even the 2 year old!
