Top Rack Poorly Designed; Both Racks Difficult to Load Efficiently

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Top rack with rollers next to, rather than beneath the top rack wastes valuable interior space. Due to spacing and arrangement of rack, very difficult to arrange without further wasting space. The loading advice in the manual is not helpful if load is not consistent with that pictured. If only a few large dinner plates on bottom rack, they tip forward.
Must be unreasonable cautious when sliding racks to avoid tipping of any size plates and taller glass tumblers.
On the positive side, if one can manage to properly load if, it cleans well. And for this price range, is quite quiet.
Happy for the clean dishes, few as they are in those difficult racks. And appreciate the quiet. I guess a 23 year old Maytag that worked wonderfully until the racks rusted is a hard act to follow. To be fair, I did make it clear to my dealer that I wanted a Sally Rand- just did not expect the interior space and arrangement. And Mike's Video and Appliance in State College PA was great. Honest. friendly and helpful. Wouldn't gp anywhere else. For not only those who purchase them, but for those who sell them... Will you please consider taking another look at those racks? Thanks :)

So happy I decided to get this

Quiet and effective

However, this appliance is exactly what I would hope for in a high end model. It is extremely quiet, the dishes are exceptionally clean and always completely dry!
