Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my dishwasher. It is simple to use but cleans like a champ. It has just enough settings to get it right but not confusing to use. I love the inside, it makes loading the dishwasher a breeze!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a dishwasher that takes so long to run its cycle. Also the dishwasher is always wet. The dryer dries the dishes but the door and walls are always wet.

Doesn’t dry dishes

Stopped heating up after 1.5 years

This dishwasher stopped heating up after a year and a half. We replaced the heating element ourselves, which still didn't fix the issue. The water doesn't get hot anymore, and the heated dry also no longer works. So the dishes are soaking wet and not hot when the cycle is done. We don't know if it's even worth it to file a warranty claim and wait around for a fix, or if we should just get another dishwasher altogether.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basic dishwasher. The on button gets confusing because one has to hold it for 3 seconds to turn it off. Control board was simplified from previous generations but not for the better. Louder than previous Frigidaire model that I had.

Seems Fine So Far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does the job, my only complaint with this model is that the buttons are a little hard to hit correctly. There have been a few times where I've hit start and walked away only to find out 30 min later that I didn't hit it in the right spot and so it hadn't started.
I really hope this machine lasts more than 2 years- unlike my previous Frigidaire dishwasher...
It would also be nice if dishwashers in general had child features like, locking the door shut. My young son has a habit of opening then immediately closing the door just for fun. If the machine is running, it stops the cycle. This is particularly problematic if no one in the house saw him do this so we assume the dishes are clean... Till we discover they're not. Being able to lock the door when not in use would also be nice. This would give me peace of mind so I knew he couldn't access things like sharp dirty knives sitting in the machine waiting to be filled so it could be run.

It’s ok

Gets the job done, straightforward dishwasher
