Sprayer arms

The day after the dishwasher wad installed, I did a small load of dishes. Heard water run in but never heard sprayer arms washing. When it was done the dishes were the same as when I put them in there, dirty. Had to call appliance store and now have to wait a week til someone comes out to fix it. Very disappointed.
