It’s an big upgrade from the old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s plain and simple but mighty and gets the job done. Gone are the days of scrubbing everything clean first and then putting it in the washer. I scrape, rinse, load. I don’t dread doing the dishes anymore.

Great appliance but needs some tweaking

1st, the racks are a little too close to each other so some larger items have to be hand washed.
2nd, you can’t customize the settings as much as I’d like to. You have 3 different options, heavy, normal, and energy, but you are limited as far as heat and drying within those settings
